- Promotion (Gate Giveaway): A select number of items distributed at all gates on a first-come, first-served basis. All fans with a game ticket are eligible, subject to availability.
- Special Event: A specific ticket package that includes a game ticket and a special event item that is redeemable from a designated location within the ballpark. Fans must have a Special Event ticket to receive the item. Special Events include: Heritage Nights, College Nights, Themed Nights and more.


Promotions
Promotional items will be distributed on the gameday specified, on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning when gates open until supplies last. Promotional items are distributed at the four main points of ballpark entry (WIllie Mays gate, 2nd & King gate, Lefty O’Doul gate and Marina gate). Promotional items are not distributed at the ballpark entry gates within the Dugout Store or 58 Social. Once a gate has run out of the item, fans are not permitted to exit and re-enter another gate.
One (1) promotional item per ticketed fan, regardless of the number of tickets held. Ticket holder must be present to receive the item. Children 24 months and younger will be issued one (1) promotional item, only if the item is designated for kids 14 and younger.
Wearable items (jerseys, T-Shirts, etc.) are available in Adult M and XL sizes, unless stated otherwise.
Promotional dates, items and quantities are subject to change or cancellation. The Giants are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been distributed. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.

A: Yes. Ticket Members have access to purchase an add-on that is eligible to redeem the item associated with the Special Event. Members can purchase through MySFTix, here, and select Exclusive Offers.
Q: What do Ticket Members get with a Special Event add-on?
A: A special event add-on is eligible to redeem the item associated with the special event only. Special Event add-ons are not a game ticket. Ticket Members must have a valid game ticket along with their Special Event add-on to enter the ballpark and acquire the item. This perk is only eligible for Giants Ticket Members.
