Change Up the ConversationThe Atlanta Braves are committed to changing up the conversation around mental health and wellness. Through Change Up the Conversation, the Braves hope to increase the importance of mental health, strikeout the stigma surrounding mental health and raise funds for critical programming and initiatives in Braves Country.

MLB and EVERFI have partnered to bring a digital curriculum to the classroom that introduces students to the topic of mental health and the ways in which they can implement coping strategies to manage their own challenging thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through interactive real-world scenarios, students learn how to support friends and family who may be struggling, how to recognize when to seek help, and how to access appropriate resources to do so.
