Q: What is D-backs to Business?
A: D-backs to Business is a complimentary program that acts as an enhancement to your existing D-backs Advantage Membership. You have exclusive access to unique events tailored to you, a concierge request program, a business directory, and specialized business bulletins.
Q: Who has access to D-backs to Business?
A: Any D-backs Advantage Member that uses their Membership for business purposes are enrolled as a D-backs to Business Member. Current D-backs Advantage Members may join the D-backs to Business program by contacting their Membership Experience Representative or by emailing business@dbacks.com.
Q: Do I have a different representative for D-backs to Business?
A: No, you will still have the same Membership Experience Representative that you can go to for assistance. You may also email business@dbacks.com for any general questions related to the program.
Q: If I am gifting my D-backs tickets to a client, is there anything you can do to enhance their game day experience?
A: Yes, we offer a complimentary concierge request program to help “wow” any VIPs or special guests you may have sitting in your seats. Please fill out the concierge request form at least 3 business days prior to the selected game date to provide our team with more details. If your request falls within 3 business days of the game date, please directly contact our inbox business@dbacks.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Q: How are other businesses utilizing the D-backs to Business program?
A: Other businesses are attending D-backs to Business events, adding their company to our business directory, and asking us how we can enhance their client or employee’s experience at D-backs games.
