Ticket Management Tools
TICKET TRANSFERS
Advantage Members may digitally forward their tickets to friends, family, colleagues, and clients either through the D-backs Account Manager website or the MLB Ballpark App. Once a ticket is forwarded, the recipient is either notified via email or text, depending on the method of transfer. Upon the recipient’s acceptance of the ticket transfer, they can access the ticket digitally on their mobile device.
TICKET EXCHANGES
Advantage Members have the ability to exchange any of their tickets to either a different location in the ballpark or to any future game of their choice.
Each game will fall under one of five different price tiers: Single, Double, Triple, Home Run, or Grand Slam, with Grand Slam being the most valuable.
- Ticket exchanges that involve an upgrade will incur the difference in tier prices. (Ex. Single to Double)
- Ticket exchanges that involve a downgrade will have the difference in tier prices reflected as a credit on your account to use on tickets within that same season. (Ex. Double to Single)
Similar to the price tiers for each game, each section in the ballpark is divided into price points, as well.
- If you upgrade your seats for a game, your exchange will incur the difference in price at the end of your transaction. (Ex. Bleachers to Infield Box)
- If you downgrade your seats for a game, the difference in price will be reflected as a credit on your account to use on tickets within that same season. (Ex. Infield Box to Bleachers)
TICKET RETURN
Full and Half Season Members have the exclusive ability to return tickets* to future games online via the D-backs Account Manager website.
Any tickets that are returned will be reflected on your account as a credit. Returning your tickets for credit provides the ultimate flexibility by allowing you to choose the game you would like to apply your credit to at a later date. Please note that account credit can only be used to purchase additional tickets, cover the difference in exchanges, or be applied towards seat upgrades within the same season.

TICKET RESALE
Seat Geek is the Official Fan to Fan Ticket Marketplace of Major League Baseball. You can seamlessly import your Diamondbacks tickets via the D-backs Account Manager website and link your Seat Geek account. Seat Geek will send the funds directly to your preferred bank account for any tickets sold through their safe and secure platform.
TICKET DONATION
Each year, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation donates millions of dollars and provides complimentary game tickets to non-profit organizations across the Valley. You have the ability to donate tickets to upcoming games for charitable distribution. If you are interested in donating your tickets, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance of the game via the D-backs Account Manager website.
*For tax purposes, you will receive a letter acknowledging your donation(s) at the conclusion of the season.
TICKET MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES
- Exchanges or returns must be completed through the D-backs Account Manager prior to gates opening on the day of the game. Once gates open, your ticket management tools will lock, and we will be unable to fulfill the request.
- Single seats cannot be stranded. If you are trying to exchange your two (2) tickets into a location of three (3) open seats, the exchange cannot be completed because one seat would be left by itself.
- Exchanges must be completed on a ticket-for-ticket basis. (Ex. two (2) tickets for two (2) tickets) You may not combine the value of two (2) tickets to acquire one (1) ticket of higher value.
Advantage Member Marketplace
The Member Marketplace is a program designed exclusively for Arizona Diamondbacks Advantage Members that allows them to choose the benefits and perks that mean the most to them. In the Member Marketplace, you’ll be able to redeem your Advantage Points for unique items and experiences, RSVP for upcoming Member-only events, contact your Membership Experience Representative, and stay informed on all the latest Advantage Member news and updates.
In addition to using your Advantage Points, we have a Knowledge Library that has answers and step-by-step guides for nearly every benefit included in your Membership."
Using your points to claim items and experiences, from autographed memorabilia to passes to watch batting practice from the field, has never been easier via the “Rewards” tab. New rewards will continue to appear in the Marketplace seven days prior to the start of each homestand at 6:00PM.
To access the Marketplace, please open your MLB Ballpark app, click D-backs on the bottom of the screen, and select "Advantage Member Marketplace."
Concessions & Merchandise Discounts
Advantage Members can enjoy 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages at select D-backs branded concession stands by scanning the voucher attached to your game ticket. Members may also show their Digital Advantage Card at the Team Shop for a 20% discount on your purchase.

Advantage Members can access Chase Field 30 minutes prior to the general public on Fridays and Saturdays! Please have your Digital Advantage Card or game ticket ready to show a D-backs representative when you get in line.

Hours of Operation
- Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Weekday game day: 9:00AM - end of the 1st inning
- Saturday game day: 1 hour before gates open - end of the 1st inning
- Sunday game day: 10:30AM - end of the 1st inning
Auto Renewal
All Advantage Members are enrolled in auto-renewal, meaning your Membership will auto-renew for the following season on August 31, unless you make changes during our renewal period. Information on your 2026 pricing and benefits will be sent to you in July, prior to the start of our renewal period. On August 31, your first payment will be charged to your credit card on file, allowing your Member Benefits to continue uninterrupted.
Any updates to your payment plan, cancellation of your Membership, or other adjustments to your account can be made during our 30-day renewal period in August. If no changes need to be made, sit back and relax! No further action is required to renew your Membership for the following season.
