How do I use my loaded value tickets?

1. Open your MLB Ballpark App
2. Select “Tickets” tab
3. Select the game you’re attending
4. Select the ticket by hitting “Open”
5. Present your digital ticket barcode at concession or retail locations* in Oriole Park
6. Once scanned, the value will deduct from the total
7. If the total is more than what was applied on the loaded ticket, you may finish your transaction with a credit card or another loaded game ticket.

If you are at a self-checkout location or kiosk, follow the steps below:

1. Scan your items at the point-of-sale location
2. Select “Ticket” on the point-of-sale
3. Open your digital game ticket within the MLB Ballpark app and scan your loaded barcode
4. Once scanned, the value will deduct from the total
5. If the total is more than what was applied on the loaded ticket, you may finish your transaction with a credit card or another loaded game ticket.

Where can I use my loaded value tickets?

Loaded Value may be redeemed at Oriole Park at Camden Yards concession or retail locations*

*Restrictions apply including Zippin locations (Eutaw Street B&O Market near Gate A and Lower Concourse Sections 23 & 64), The Warehouse Bar & Restaurant, and The Home Plate Club.

Can I save my loaded value ticket(s) to my phone’s mobile wallet (i.e., Apple or Google Wallet)?

Loaded value is only redeemable via the digital ticket barcode located within the MLB Ballpark App. Do not save your tickets into your phone’s mobile wallet, as redemption is not available through the apps.

When I forward a ticket with Orioles loaded value, does the recipient receive the Orioles Value funds with the ticket?

Yes, the loaded value will automatically transfer along with the ticket. Please note that it takes approximately a few minutes for funds to appear after the ticket is viewed by the recipient. In addition, the fan that received the ticket must have the digital ticket barcode available in the MLB Ballpark App to redeem the loaded value.

When does my loaded value expire?

The loaded value expires at the completion of each game. Loaded value must be used on the date indicated on the ticket. Loaded value is also non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Can I receive cash-back if I don't use all of my loaded value?

If you make a purchase for less than the total value on the ticket you will not receive cashback. However, the value remaining may be used towards future purchases during that game.

Can I combine loaded value from friends and family tickets in one transaction?

Multiple loaded value tickets may be used for the same transaction.

What if my transaction is more than the loaded value on my ticket?

Loaded value may be combined with a credit card to complete a transaction.

What happens if my game is postponed?

In the event of a rainout or postponement, all ticket policies will be communicated to Group leaders and all known ticket holders.
